We process every valid removal request. Profiles come down within 30 days of a complete submission — including records that have not been expunged. Email-only removal requests are not tracked; use this form.

Valid requests are handled within 30 days. Removals run in monthly batches on the last business day of the month. Re-submitting the same URL does not speed things up.
No. For a standard removal, the exact profile URL is enough. We do not require proof of expungement to take a page down from our site.
Search engines can keep a cached copy for up to about 90 days. Use Google’s removal tool (or Bing’s) to ask them to drop the outdated result faster.
Use the General contact tab, choose “Correction request,” and include the page URL plus what should change. We review those case by case.
Our public pages are free to browse. For partnerships or structured data questions, use General contact with topic “Research partnership” or “Media / press.”
