However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You submit information to us at your own risk.

AllRecentArrests.us is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no industry-wide standard for interpreting DNT signals, our site does not currently respond to them. You can still control tracking through the cookie and advertising choices described above.
